From mechanical engineering to building products
I started in mechanical engineering, not computer science. I taught myself software because I wanted to build things people could actually use.
In the 5+ years since, I've built for startups, product companies, and businesses that needed something shipped: websites, SaaS platforms, AI products, mobile apps, and the backends and servers underneath. On DelightLoop I owned core systems inside a team of 14. On most other projects I'm the only developer, from the first call to launch.
Today most of my work is for two kinds of clients: businesses whose website or app isn't working well enough, and founders whose first version needs fixing or finishing.
