What you have today (a link to your site or app helps), what isn't working, what you want it to do, and any deadline or budget you have in mind. A few sentences is enough to start.
Is the first call free?
Yes. The first reply and the short call are free. For app takeovers, the detailed code review is paid, and the fee comes off the project price if you continue.
What if I don't know exactly what I need?
That's normal. Describe the problem in your own words. I'll tell you whether you need a redesign, a new site, a fix, or something else, and what it would cost.
